SHIPPING AND PROCESSING
Sweet Blooms Décor uses UPS and USPS for most shipping and include tracking information. Delivery within US can take 3-5 business days.
We do not guarantee shipping carrier timelines. During the holiday seasons, there can be shipping carrier delays due to volume, bad weather, and situations that are beyond our control.
Please make sure your shipping and email addresses are correct. Incorrect addresses and changes may result in delays. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses. If an order is shipped and returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, you will be responsible for charges to reship the packages. No refunds or replacements due to wrong address provided at the time of ordering.
Shipping charges are calculated automatically in the shopping cart depending on the total cost of your purchase.
MULTIPLE ITEMS ORDERS
Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box since some items are custom-made and may require extra care. A tracking # will be provided for each package.
Free Shipping applies only to standard delivery & processing times and it does not apply to international shipments.

Any refused delivery may be subject to additional fees or a restocking fee. We recommend contacting us prior to refusing the delivery to avoid additional charges. Refused deliveries of personalized items are no refundable.
If an order is shipped and returned to us, you will be responsible for charges to reship the packages. No refunds on returned items without prior authorization.
Most of our items ship from within the United States. Prices are shown in US dollars. International shipments are not eligible for free shipping offers.
We are happy to ship packages internationally including Canada, Mexico and overseas. Please send us a message with the items and sizes if you would like a shipping quote. Import duties, taxes, and charges are NOT included in the shipping charge.
Please note that brokerage fees, import taxes, and / or duties may be assessed by the shipping carrier. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
To ensure that your shipment arrives safely, a signature might be required for delivery.
