WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Below are our current production times. However, this may change due to order volume. Delivery within US can take another 4-6 business days. During the Holiday season (Nov 15- Dec 31), production times increase to 10-14 business days.

Unframed Prints: 4-6 business days
Canvas Art: 4-6 business days 
Blankets, Totes, Body Suits: 4-6 business days
Pillows: 5-7 business days
Shower Curtains: 5-7 business days
Crib Sheets, Changing Pad Covers & Car Seat Covers: 12-14 business days
 

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT?

If you receive an item that is damaged, please send an email to support@sweetbloomsdecor.com with clear photos of the damaged area and packaging within 5 days of receipt. Please DO NOT throw the item away if it is damaged prior to taking a photo or sending it to us for inspection. We cannot replace a damaged item if we do not see the damage. We will send a replacement of the same item.

CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

All of our items are made to order and we begin production right away. Non personalized items can be canceled within 2 hours of ordering. Please send a message with your order #. However, due to the volume of orders we have to process daily, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order.

I MADE A SPELLING MISTAKE WHEN I PLACED MY ORDER, WHAT DO I DO?

If there is a mistake made in the personalization when you placed your order, we will be happy to replace the item at a discounted price.  Please notify us within 5 days and we will be happy to resolve any issues. 

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES?

All of the items in our store are made to order, therefore we don't accept returns ,cancelations or exchanges.
